Return of Goods

The customer can return ordered goods for any reason within 14 days of receipt. It is also sufficient for the customer to notify us in writing within 14 days that they are withdrawing from the order, without having to state the reason for their decision. In this case, however, they must return the unused and undamaged goods in original packaging within the next 14 days. We will refund the purchase price for returned goods to the customer’s transaction account within 14 days at the latest. Any return costs are borne by the customer.

Items that cannot be returned by post due to their nature will be collected by a delivery service designated by the seller upon order. Return costs for such items are borne by the customer.

  • Electronic devices (watches, counters) that have been turned on are considered used and cannot be returned.

Return of Damaged Shipments

In case the package is damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with the goods deliverer (Pošta Slovenije or GLS company). Together we will ensure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.

Complaint

If the goods do not have the properties that the seller has expressly promised, if the seller has sent wrong products, in wrong quantity, color, or the goods otherwise differ from the customer’s order, then the customer complains about the goods. By prior agreement with the seller, it is possible to return goods by post, otherwise the return is made in person at the store.

Warranty

The manufacturer is obliged by law to provide the customer with a warranty for the proper functioning of the purchased goods. The customer can claim warranty directly from the manufacturer or their authorized service center. The customer can claim warranty with the warranty certificate and seller’s invoice.

The manufacturer is obliged to perform warranty repair within 45 days of receiving the goods, otherwise replace the item with another, equivalent and flawless item. The customer can also claim warranty from the seller, but even in this case the provision from the previous paragraph applies.

Return of goods under warranty is carried out in accordance with conditions specified by the manufacturer on the warranty certificate.

If you wish to return the shipment at our expense, this must be agreed upon in advance.

Non-Conformity of Goods

Non-conformity of goods according to ZVPot-1 is:

  • if goods do not have properties necessary for their normal use or for trade;
  • if goods do not have properties necessary for special use for which the customer is buying them, but which was known or should have been known to the seller;
  • if goods do not have properties and qualities that were expressly or tacitly agreed upon or prescribed;
  • if the seller has delivered goods that do not match the sample or model, except if the sample or model was shown only for information purposes.

Claiming Non-Conformity of Goods

The customer must notify us of any material defect together with a detailed description thereof within two months at the latest from the day they discovered the defect. If more than two years have passed since taking over the item, claiming material defect is no longer possible. At the same time, the customer must allow inspection of the item.
